As of April 6, 2020, Robern will operate our plant in limited capacity to fulfill online orders and orders for Vesper Lights, Vitality Mirrors, Entice Magnification Mirrors, Glass Tops, Stone Tops and Sinks. We hope this relieves any impact that Robern’s shutdown had on you and your business. As an organization, we are committed to supporting you through the COVID-19 situation and beyond.

Robern, Inc operations are considered critical to our customers and to a variety of state and local governments which allow Robern to continue operating in a limited capacity.

  • The “Life Sustaining Business Frequently Asked Questions” was updated on 4/1/2020 to indicate that businesses may “retain essential personnel to process payroll and insurance claims, maintain security, and engage in similar limited measures on an occasional basis.” “Mail order and online fulfilment may continue with essential staff but telework should be employed whenever possible, and social distancing must be observed.” (FAQ #16)
  • Robern products are sold by Hardware and Plumbing Equipment Supplier Merchant Wholesalers, which are exempted under Pennsylvania’s order, as they are considered essential. Robern bathroom products are integral to our end customers’ construction projects across the United States. Many of these construction projects have been deemed essential in the states they are located, deeming Robern products essential to complete such projects. Continuing our manufacturing operations will support healthy sanitation and hygiene at a time when it is more important than ever.

The health and safety of our associates and customers is always our top priority. Our continuing manufacturing operations are supported by heightened cleaning standards that correspond with CDC, WHO and local health authority stringent guidelines, with enhanced deep cleaning and sanitization at increased intervals, at a time when it is more important than ever.

Staff resuming operations will be practicing social distancing requirements of six feet between people, personal hygiene, and infection-control practices at all times. We are providing associates returning to work with a Safe Passage letter in case they are approached by authorities. We are providing flexible work arrangements and have instructed all associates to stay home if they are not feeling well. We have been accommodating for associates not comfortable coming to work, or who have had to care for family members or children, allowing flexibility and shift changes as appropriate.
