Drop-ship products are delivered typically within 1 - 2 weeks and are not available for pickup. An email with tracking information is sent once the order ships.     • No. Drop-ship products will ship direct from Robern and are not available for pickup.


  • Can I have Drop-Ship products shipped anywhere?
    • Drop-Ship products can be shipped anywhere within the United States and Canada.


  • How will I know when my Drop-Ship products have shipped?
    • The person placing the order will receive an email from Robern to update that the products have shipped and will be provided with the tracking number.


  • Do I have to be home to receive the delivery of the Drop-Ship products?
    • Deliveries are made by appointment and require a signature. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery window.


  • What happens if the Drop-Ship products I receive are damaged?
    • If your Drop-Ship products are damaged upon receipt, please fill out the Contact Us form or call 800-877-2376. Our Customer Delight Team will work with you to arrange a new shipment of a replacement product.
