For a limited time, all Robern products are shipping directly from the manufacturer (Robern). Shipping fees are included in the price of these products. Drop-ship products are delivered typically within 1 - 2 weeks and are not available for pickup. An email with tracking information is sent once the order ships. Assembly is required for Drop-Ship items.

- The cost of shipping will be at Robern’s expense while we are operating at a limited capacity.
- Are Drop-Ship products available for pickup?
- No. Drop-ship products will ship direct from Robern and are not available for pickup.
- Can I have Drop-Ship products shipped anywhere?
- Drop-Ship products can be shipped anywhere within the United States and Canada.
- How will I know when my Drop-Ship products have shipped?
- The person placing the order will receive an email from Robern to update that the products have shipped and will be provided with the tracking number.
- Do I have to be home to receive the delivery of the Drop-Ship products?
- Deliveries are made by appointment and require a signature. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery window.
- What happens if the Drop-Ship products I receive are damaged?
- If your Drop-Ship products are damaged upon receipt, please fill out the Contact Us form or call 800-877-2376. Our Customer Delight Team will work with you to arrange a new shipment of a replacement product.
- Can I purchase a Drop-Ship product from Robern directly?
