Place Your Order and Check Status
This is available for customers with Robern accounts. To place an order or check the status of your order, you must be a registered user. Log in to access the following.
- Place an Order Direct (available for US customers only)
- View Orders and Shipments with Tracking
- Access to Quotes and Invoices
Click the link above to track your order and then follow the steps.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on My Work Center (upper left corner).
- Click on the Robern box (if it doesn't take you directly in).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter an order, check order status or track shipping.
Once your order has been placed, a sales order number is provided. When the order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a number to track the order on the carrier's website. With this number, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the carrier's sites.
